Abstract:

A catheter kit 30 is provided with: a catheter 31 having an optical fiber 33; and a catheter housing tool 32 housing the catheter 31 therein. The catheter housing tool 32 has a tubular hoop 36, and a position adjustment mechanism 47 that is provided to the hoop 36. The hoop 36 has: a hoop leading end section 36a, on which a catheter leading end section 31a outputting laser light L is disposed, said laser light having been transmitted in the optical fiber 33; and a hoop base end section 36b on the side opposite to the hoop leading end section 36a. The position adjustment mechanism 47 is provided to the hoop base end section 36b, and changes the position of the catheter leading end section 31a with respect to the hoop leading end section 36a.
