Abstract:
A catheter pump (1000), a driving catheter handle (204) thereof comprising a coupling housing (2045) detachably connected to a motor (102). A proximal end of a driving shaft (202) is connected to a rotor (2046). The rotor (2046) transmits the rotational power of the motor (102) to the driving shaft (202), thereby driving an impeller (2052) of a pump head (205) to rotate. An accommodating cavity (2049) that supports the rotor (2046) therein and is in communication with a catheter (201) is formed in the coupling housing (2045), and the coupling housing is provided with a flushing liquid inlet (2043) and a flushing liquid outlet (246) that are in communication with the accommodating cavity (2049). The flushing liquid inlet (2043) and the flushing liquid outlet (246) are in communication with a flushing liquid inlet pipe (501) and a flushing liquid outlet pipe (502), respectively. The flushing liquid outlet pipe (502) is in communication with the flushing liquid inlet pipe (501). The flushing liquid outlet pipe (502), the flushing liquid inlet pipe (501) and the accommodating cavity (2049) form a cooling circulation loop. The cooling circulation loop is provided with a circulation driving member (503). The cooling circulation loop is connected to a pressure maintaining module (600) for maintaining the pressure of a flushing liquid within the cooling circulation loop.
