Abstract:
A cathode structure of a high-power plasma arc torch, the cathode structure comprising a torch tip, a torch core, a gas inlet pipe (14), a water inlet pipe (15), a water return pipe (10) and an insulating sleeve (16), wherein the torch tip comprises an emission tip tungsten steel structure (1) and a double-chamber heat conduction copper structure (2), with an exhaust hole (4) being provided at a junction of the heat conduction copper structure and the tip tungsten structure; the torch core comprises a cooling chamber (6) at the head portion and three drill holes at the tail portion, and the outer side of the torch core is provided with a first limiting boss (9) and a second limiting boss (9); a gas guide structure is provided on the first limiting boss on the outer side of the head portion of the torch core, and a concave structure is provided between the limiting bosses at the two ends of the torch core; and the drill holes are respectively connected to the gas inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe and the water return pipe. The cathode structure improves mounting accuracy and provides high repeatability and high stability and controllability for industrial production.
