Abstract:
Cationic type antifouling and anti-drag composite functional paint and a coating using the paint. The paint comprises a granular cationic type filler, film-forming resin, a curing agent, and a diluent. The granular cationic type filler is microparticles having positive charges on the surface. The coating can effectively prevent the adhesion and fouling of marine organisms, and significantly reduce the surface frictional resistance.
