Abstract:
A cavity-dividing rotor volume mechanism, comprising a cylinder body (5), a main rotor (1), a cavity-dividing rotor (4), a rotor end cover (3), a cylinder end cover (2), and a gear train. A main rotating shaft is provided on both ends of the main rotor (1), the rotor end cover (3) is sleeved and fixed on the main rotating shaft, the cylinder body (5) covers the outer side of the rotor end cover (3), and the cylinder end cover (2) is provided with a through hole for the main rotating shaft to pass through; the main rotor (1) can rotate with respect to the cylinder body (5), the main rotor (1) is relatively fixed to the rotor end cover (3), and the main rotor (1) is provided with a first circular-arc-shaped groove in which the cavity-dividing rotor (4) is embedded; a rotating shaft of the cavity-dividing rotor (4) penetrates through a hole channel of the rotor end cover (3) so as to implement the relative rotation of the cavity-dividing rotor (4) and the rotor end cover (3). The cavity-dividing rotor volume mechanism is simple in structure, free of reciprocating motion, stable in operation, free of vibration, low in noise and high in volumetric efficiency.
