Abstract:
A cavity filter, a connector and a corresponding manufacturing process. The cavity filter (200) comprises a cavity, a cover plate and a connector (100) arranged on the cavity or the cover plate. One end of the connector is connected to an internal device of a filter, and the other end thereof is connected to an external communication device. The connector comprises an internal conductor (10) and a metal housing (20) which are coaxially arranged, and an insulating dielectric (30) arranged between the metal housing and the internal conductor. The outer peripheral surface of the metal housing is provided with a non-metal layer (40). With respect to the existing connector made of an all-metal material, the moisture resistance, the salt-spray resistance, the mildew resistance and the reliability of a connector and a cavity filter can be improved because the outer peripheral surface of the metal housing of the connector is additionally provided with a non-metal layer. Meanwhile, the present invention has a simple production process and creates less pollution, and reduces the production costs of the cavity filter and the connector.
