Abstract:
A searcher of a CDMA receiver with an array antenna, wherein a voltage profile generating unit applies correlative operation to the reception signal of each antenna element to generate a reception signal voltage profile; a phase difference estimation unit practices correlative calculation between the antenna elements by using sample data of the respective voltage profiles at the same time and estimates a phase difference between the antenna elements at that time and, in the same way, estimates phase differences between the antenna elements at respective times; an in-phase synthesis unit makes the phases of the voltage profiles of the respective antenna elements at a predetermined time uniform by using the estimated phase difference values at that time and synthesizes them and, in the same way, makes the phases of the voltage profiles of the respective antenna elements at the other times uniform and synthesizes them; and a pass detection unit detects the pass timing of multipass in accordance with the synthesized profile obtained by the in-phase synthesis unit.
