Abstract:
A fan case (6) includes a wall part (20) provided on a peripheral edge of an exhaust port (16) and protruding downstream and an elastic member (21) provided on an outer peripheral side of the wall part (20) that prevents or minimizes leakage of air to an outer peripheral side of the exhaust port (16). A ceiling-embedded ventilation fan with this configuration is capable of preventing or minimizing wind leakage during operation without a gap being provided between the fan case (6) and an adapter (5).
