A ceiling light comprises: an upper housing (10) and a lower housing (11) connected to each other by a hinge; a first seal ring (4) fixedly disposed between the upper housing (10) and the lower housing (11); a PCB board (2); multiple light-emitting chips (20); and a lens board. The PCB board (2) is fixedly disposed on an end of the lower housing (11) away from the upper housing (10). The lens board (3) covers the PCB board (2), and is fixedly connected to the lower housing (11). A second seal ring (5) is embedded at the periphery of a bottom surface of the lower housing (11) between the bottom surface of the lower housing (11) and the lens board (3). The multiple light-emitting chips (20) are fixedly disposed on the PCB board (2). An accommodation slot (30) and a light guiding cavity (31) are sequentially provided on the lens board (3) in positions corresponding to the light-emitting chips (20). The light-emitting chips (20) are embedded in the accommodation slot (30). Curved light guiding surfaces (32) used to change luminous flux of light passing therethrough are further provided on an outer surface of the lens board (3) in positions corresponding to the light guiding cavity (31). The upper housing (10) is further provided with at least one hanging hole (13) passing through the upper housing (10). The ceiling light has a simple structure, and effectively reduces wasting of light.
