A cell battery (100), a battery pack, and an electrical device. The cell battery (100) comprises: a housing (10); a first end cover (100a) disposed at one end of the housing (10), the first end cover (100a) comprising a first base cover (1a) and a first explosion-proof valve (20) mounted on the first base cover (1a); and a second end cover (100b) disposed at the other end of the housing (10), the second end cover (100b) comprising a second base cover (1b) and a second explosion-proof valve (30) mounted on the second base cover (1b).
