Abstract:
The present invention provides: a cell capable of activating an immune system; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the cell. According to the present invention, a mammalian cell is provided, which has at least one protein selected from early gene E6 protein and E7 protein of a human papillomavirus and CD1d protein and which is pulsed with a CD1d ligand. According to the present invention, a fusion protein comprising E7 protein, E6 protein and E7 protein in this order, a nucleic acid encoding the protein, and a gene expression vector for the nucleic acid are also provided.
