Abstract:
A cell culture apparatus (100) is provided with: a cell culture bag (1) comprising a tubular film material having openings (4, 5) at both ends thereof in the longitudinal direction and being capable of accommodating cells and a culture medium inside thereof, the cell culture bag (1) forming a flow channel for the culture medium in the longitudinal direction of the tubular film material from one opening (4) to the other opening (5); a solution supply means (2) for connecting with one opening (4) and supplying a solution to the cell culture bag (1); and a solution discharge means (3) for connecting with the other opening (5) and discharging the solution from the cell culture bag (1).
