Abstract:
It is intended to provide a cell culture container whereby a cell function in
vivo can be reproduced and a method of producing the same. A cell culture
container having a peak-and-valley pattern on the face on which cells are to be
cultured, wherein each valley in the peak-and-valley pattern has a cell culture
part and a microchannel connected to the cell culture part, the bottom face width
of the cell culture part is 1.0 to 20 times as broad as the diameter of the cells to
be cultured, and a substance capable of inducing cell adhesion is provided exclusively
on the bottom face and side wall of the valley.
