Abstract:
A cell culture device (10) equipped with a cell culture circuit (16), a sensor (130) placed in the cell culture circuit to measure the turbidity of a cell solution, and a calibration unit (126), wherein the calibration unit (126) calculates the cell concentration of a medium to which a cell solution is supplied as a first concentration and the cell concentration of the medium after dilution as a second concentration, and forms a calibration curve between the value measured by the sensor and the cell concentration by linking the first concentration to a first measured value and the second concentration to a second measured value.
