Abstract:
The invention provides a cell culture substrate comprising a block polymer of a segment having a lower critical solution temperature and a hydrophobic segment, the cell culture substrate being characterized in that an adhesive substrate is further included in the cell culture substrate, and the adhesive substrate is an extracellular matrix and/or an adhesive synthetic substrate. Also provided is a cell culture substrate wherein said extracellular matrix is at least one type selected from laminin, fibronectin, vitronectin, cadherin and fragments thereof, and/or, said adhesive synthetic substrate is poly[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl dimethyl-(3-sulfopropyl) ammonium hydroxide] or an oligopeptide-supporting polymer.
