Abstract:
A cell detection method (900) and a cell detection device (100). The cell detection method (900) comprises: dividing a liquid sample into a plurality of droplets in a sample detection region such that each of the plurality of droplets comprises fewer than ten cells (S920); and performing optical detection on the plurality of droplets in the sample detection region so as to determine a target droplet comprising a target cell from among the plurality of droplets (S940). The described cell detection method (900) and cell detection device (100) have the characteristics of high separation efficiency, short detection time, high throughput, high detection precision, and so on.
