Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a cell handover method and apparatus, and a terminal, a base station and a storage medium. The method comprises: performing cell measurement on all cells on the basis of a plurality of channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource sets corresponding to a plurality of cells; and sending a measurement result of at least one cell among all the cells to a base station of a current cell, so that the base station of the current cell performs cell handover determination on the basis of the received measurement result of the at least one cell. By means of the method and apparatus, and the terminal, the base station and the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, cell measurement is performed on the basis of CSI-RS resource sets, which can be realized in a layer 1, without needing a layer 3, and without needing to introduce an additional filter at the layer 3 for a filtering operation. Therefore, a delay introduced by an additional filtering operation can be avoided, and the complexity of a cell handover process is reduced, thereby improving the data transmission quality of a terminal, and ensuring the reliability of a data transmission link.
