Abstract:
The present application provides a cell handover method, a terminal and network devices. The method comprises: sending a first handover request to a first network device, wherein the first handover request is used to request handover from a first cell to a second cell, and the first network device is a network device to which the first cell belongs; and establishing a connection with a second network device, wherein the second network device is a network device to which the second cell belongs.
