Abstract:
Disclosed is a cell location unit (100), array, device and a formation method thereof, wherein the cell location unit (100) comprises a substrate (110), and at least one pair of microelectrodes (120-1, 120-2, 130-1, 130-2) on the substrate (110). The microelectrodes (120-1, 120-2, 130-1, 130-2) are distributed along a circle at intervals, so as to generate positive a dielectrophoresis force area at an end aggregation area of the microelectrodes. A voltage signal of at least one microelectrode connection and a voltage signal of another microelectrode connection have a phase difference. A cell location hole (140) is located on a microelectrode, the accommodation space of which exposes the positive dielectrophoresis force area and accommodates individual cells (150). Cells are moved to the surface of the electrodes by applying the AC signal with a specific amplitude, frequency and phase to the microelectrodes. Individual cells are precisely located in a specific position by coordinating the cell location hole with the microelectrodes.
