Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs), and a cell lysis monitoring method, and provides a method for producing polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs), the method allowing the length and sphericity of cells or PHAs to be measured through three-dimensional image analysis using the difference in refractive index of cells or PHAs, so that the autolysis degree, input status, or lysis degree of cells of PHAs is identified, and thus optimum lysis conditions are set and the stability of an impurity removal process, which is a back-end process of a lysis process, can be increased.
