Abstract:
A cell lysis solution, a kit, and an application, comprising a cell lysis method, a library construction method, and an application thereof. The cell lysis solution is composed of proteinase K and NP-40, has a simple composition, and can effectively lyse cells and remove proteins on chromosomes. The nucleic acid solution after lysis can be directly used for subsequent reactions such as DNA library construction, without being subjected to any treatment. The cell lysis method and the library preparation method of the cell lysis solution can be used to quickly prepare a DNA library. The library preparation consumes short time, the prepared library can be used for different sequencing platforms, and GC bias of the obtained sequencing data is not significant. In addition, the kit can also be applied to sequencing-based preimplantation genetic screening (PGS).
