Abstract:
Disclosed are a cell management method and device. The method comprises: receiving configuration information of condition-based cell management, wherein the configuration information comprises a trigger condition for triggering cell management; and when the trigger condition is satisfied, triggering the process of managing a target cell, wherein the trigger condition comprises at least one of the following: geographic location information of a terminal device satisfying a first specific condition; and a congestion measurement value of the target cell satisfying a second specific condition.
