Abstract:
This cell module comprises a plurality of cells, and a busbar that electrically connects the plurality of cells. Each cell comprises: a tube part; a battery can that has a bottom wall that closes one end part of the tube part, and an opening edge continuous with the other end part of the tube part; an electrode body housed in the tube part; a first main surface that is fixed to the opening edge so as to seal the opening of the opening edge, and that faces the inside of the battery can; a second main surface on the opposite side to the first main surface; and a sealed body having a side surface that connects the first main surface and the second main surface. The busbar comprises a plurality of through holes in which the cells are fitted. At least a portion of the opening edge of the cell fitted into the through hole is in contact with the busbar, the opening edge and the busbar are electrically connected, and the sealed body and the busbar are electrically insulated.
