Abstract:
Disclosed are a cell switching method, terminal and network device, the cell switching method comprising: a terminal receives a measurement control message transmitted by a network device, and measures cells to be measured indicated by the measurement control message so as to obtain a channel measurement value of each cell, the cells to be measured comprising at least candidate cells in an active set, the number of the candidate cells being at least one, and the candidate cells pre-allocating resources for the terminal; if the terminal determines, according to the channel measurement value of each cell, that any candidate cell triggers a 1D event, then submitting a measurement report to the network device and monitoring the candidate cell triggering the 1D event, such that the network device determines, according to the measurement report, that the candidate cell triggering the 1D event is a target cell, and controls the target cell to transmit a switching command to the terminal; if the terminal determines that any candidate cell triggers a common-frequency measurement event other than the 1D event, then selecting, according to a preset rule, a specified cell from the candidate cells having a greater channel measurement value than a serving cell, reporting the measurement report to the network device, and monitoring the specified cell, such that the network device determines, according to the measurement report, a target cell from the candidate cells having a greater channel measurement value than the serving cell, and controls the target cell to transmit a switching command to the terminal; and the terminal receives the switching command from the target cell, and utilizes, according to the switching command, the resource of the target cell to switch the serving cell to the target cell, the number of the specified cells being one or more, and the target cell being a specified cell or one of the specified cells. The present invention solves the problem that the success rate of receiving a switching command fails to be improved when a common-frequency measurement event rather than a 1D event is triggered.
