Abstract:
A cell test method for a fanout area at a step of a liquid crystal or OLED display panel. The method comprises the following steps: when the end length of a semi-finished flexible printed circuit on glass is greater than a threshold, adding a cell test pad (30) required for cell test to the end of the semi-finished flexible printed circuit on glass, placing alignment marks (32) at the cell test pad (30), and performing a cell alignment procedure by using a charge coupled device; and when the end length of the semi-finished flexible printed circuit on glass is less than a threshold, transmitting signals by means of some pins of the flexible printed circuit (22) and controlling conduction of the signals by means of a metal-oxide-semiconductor (34) in the cell test.
