This invention is provided with: an isolator 3 for treating cells in the interior thereof, said interior being maintained in an aseptic state; trays 29, 30 in which an article or a plurality of types of articles that include a reagent container containing a reagent are accommodated in a positioned state, said article or plurality of types of articles being used when treating the cells in the interior of the isolator 3; and pass boxes 4, 4 for conveying, into the isolator 3, the trays 29, 30 accommodating the plurality of types of articles.
