Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of cellulose nanocrystals, and specifically relates to a cellulose type II nanocrystalline particle and a manufacturing method and application therefor. The crystallinity of the cellulose type II nano crystalline particle is ≥80％; the number-average molecular weight thereof is 1200-2500, and the molecular weight distribution coefficient is Mw/Mn ≤ 1.30. The manufacturing method for the cellulose type II crystalline particle comprises: first performing amorphous reconstitution of the cellulose raw material, and then performing crystallising acidolysis; the crystallising acidolysis can be performed in conditions of low acidity, implementing highly efficient clean production and quality control of cellulose nanocrystalline materials. The cellulose type II crystalline particle manufactured using the present method has high crystallinity, low molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution, narrow size distribution, clear surface conformation, and high surface chemical modification potential, and can be used for a catalyst carrier and composite material reinforcement phase.
