Besides being manufactured in different sizes to meet different demands of application.

Status of technique

The market knows and determines the use of devices commonly called of disruptive or "Pulpers" for configuration of reuse chain and production of cellulosic materials, such a device is used both in the breakdown of virgin cellulose as in remaining and waste and scrap of paper for recovery of cellulose fibers needed to manufacture paper and paperboard. There is record of that technology in the following documents of relevance; "Pulper for producing paper pulp suspensions" number 4,460,132 and "Kneader for paper stuff' number 5,772,131. Both records deposited in the North American entity of patents (USPTO). The records expound upon turbines used in the production and recycling of paper, and is usually based on the shear principle. Some disadvantages should be mentioned below, regarding to status of technique, above.

Disabled points of the status of technique

Available ways of devices for recycling of cellulosic fibers, for use in chemical industry of paper production, some drawbacks can be cited:

1 - The use of devices to production of paper pulp, commonly known as "Pulper", are, mostly based solely on shear principle, to avail themselves of mixers in configuration of helices, resulting in the cut of the fibers together with the contaminants in cellulosic wastes to be recovered in the breakdown of cellulosic fibers.

2 - The mixture of cellulosic fibers with contaminants provides a type of material that compromises the quality of the final product, for example, paper or cardboard.

3 - There is need of the most common disruptive, operate at consistencies lower mass, around 5 to 6%, these are considered energetically inefficient which results in high energy specific consumption.

4 - The occurrence of mixing between cellulosic mass and contaminants of the paper wastes also implies the need of complex equipment to remove these impurities, increasing the energy specific consumption of the conventional plants of treatment for waste paper as a whole.

5 - Equipment included in the status of technique does not provide the possibility of recycling of cellulosic fibers contained in products such as adhesives and liquor labels.

Summary of the INVENTION PRIVILEGE

Because of these inconvenient, the inventors have designed and developed the object of this patent of INVENTION PRIVILEGE, idealizing a practical and innovative device for use in the paper reuse industry, which can be manufactured in materials suitable to their application, giving the possibility of application at small, medium and large. The proposed device provides advantages, economic and environmental, using technology based on principle abrasive with immediate removal of soluble contaminants and dimensional conservation of the plastic and metal waste, facilitating their eventual removal. Detailed Description of the INVENTION PRIVILEGE In accordance with the illustration of figures above related the "CELLULOSIC FIBER DISRUPTIVE DEVICE FROM PAPER SCRAP BY ABRASION WITH SOLUBLE CONTAMINANTS EXTRACTION DURING PROCESS", object of this patent of INVENTION PRIVILEGE is a practical and innovative equipment for separating components materials of different types of products based on cellulose, such as: printed in general, laminates cartons, adhesives and beverage labels. Having also as a differential effect the recycling process of cellulosic fibers scraps in adhesive and beverage labels, a process understood by devices known in the status of technique, using landfill to dispose of this matter.

The process of recycling of cellulosic fibers, including any kind of material, is accomplished by the deposit of the material in the inner cavity of the disruptive device (1) by having access to the upper cavity (4) of the same. The physical characteristics of; rotor shaft rotation (3), composition and volume of liquid to be added during the process for the upper entry of reagent solution (8), weight and configuration of holes abrasive perforated plate (13) and configuration scraping blades (6), among others, are defined by nature of application allowing the device (1 ) be used for a variety of demands.

Present and integrated into the production plant or recycling of paper the disruptive device (1 ) after activation, prepares the mass of cellulose fibers for different stages such as: of simplified purification (16), following to chemical wash stage (17) and later being directed directly to debugging in machine for making the final product and then, in paper machine.

The device for cellulosic fiber disruption (1 ) contains parts with size, configuration and materials, regardless of the images here presented as mere illustration.

Being disruptive device (1) composed of a rotor shaft (3), powered by mechanical energy source suitable for application demand, and fixed by bearings (5) along its structure on support (11 ) in the upper section of the disruptive (1) and hollow structure (m) in the lower section conical linear (10). The rotor shaft (3) has a set of scraping blades (6) added and fixed concentrically to the rotor shaft (3) through bearing (5).

The rotation method of the rotor shaft (3) is stipulated to provide the necessary effect on the demand of application, in the work of cellulosic waste against the perforated plate (13) allocated on the basis of the cylindrical body (2) of the disruptive device (1). The soluble contaminants in water present in the reagent solution of the recycling process are removed from the mixture through the water bed provided by conical linear (10), completed consecutively and indirectly to the desired fill of the cylindrical body of the device (2). The solid contaminants (metal or plastic laminates) detached of the fibers and fibers themselves remain above of the abrasive perforated plate (13) being separated in the process of later simplified debugging (16).

The power supplying of the device (1) with cellulosic waste is carried out through its upper cavity (4) with simultaneous addition of water and solubilizing agent, depending of the waste type to be processed. After entering the operating method of the device, that is, the necessary quantity of cellulosic waste volume and water for abrasive process, the system is initially driven at lower rotation and gradually accelerated to the method of work ideal rotation. The mechanical action of the scraping blades (6) on the mass of waste and perforated plate (13) generates the friction required for the separation of contaminants contained in cellulosic waste. The soluble contaminants in abrasive recycling process water shall pass through the perforated plate (13) and shall be removed from the file through the lower output of reagent solution (9) of the conic linear (10) optimized with fluid flow driver (14). The water of process removal is then clarified, that is, waste of soluble paint are removed, and returns to the process for entering higher reagent solution (8) in the cylindrical body (2) of the device (1).

After the period necessary to complete disruption, the resulting mass on the abrasive perforated plate (13) consists of cellulosic fibers added of plastic and metal contaminants not sheared in heterogeneous mixture. This mass is then passed by a simple debugger (16) and, if necessary, shall continue to make a chemical wash (17).

The proposed device, promotes the simplification and consequent increased efficiency of work and stages necessary for recovery conventional plant of cellulosic fibers. Critical operation stages, such as removal of paint are unequivocally discarded with the adoption of the new technology.

The present descriptive report dealt of a new product that belongs to the field of the equipment used in chemical industries of recovery and production of paper and as can be evidenced by the analysis performed and figures shown, differences over conventional models in the sector market, furthermore, constructive technical characteristics and different functional to these relevant to the status of technique.

For the advantages it offers, and also, for have characteristics truly innovative that meet all the requirements of novelty and originality in the genre, the present "CELLULOSIC FIBER DISRUPTIVE DEVICE FROM PAPER SCRAP BY ABRASION WITH SOLUBLE CONTAMINANTS EXTRACTION DURING PROCESS" meet the conditions necessary and sufficient to claim patent of INVENTION PRIVILEGE.
