Abstract:
The inventive cement-concrete mixture comprises 17-26 mass % of binder, 50-58 mass % of fine mineral aggregate, 1.0-4.0 mass % of glass-fibre filler and 1.0-7.0 mass % of fibreglass plastic filler. Gauging liquid is produced by adding a fine-powdered fibreglass plastic in a quantity of 20 % of the binder. The fibreglass plastic filler is introduced after the mixing in such a way that a smooth paste consisting of gauging liquid and the dry-mixed binder, fine mineral aggregate and fibreglass plastic filler The inventive method for producing cement-concrete elements consists in placing the cement-concrete mixture in moulds layer-by-layer. Fibreglass plastic strips are arranged on the surface of a placed layer in such a way that at least two successive layers are formed, each strip of a new layer being perpendicularly oriented in relation to the strip of the placed layer and, afterwards the second cement-concrete layer is placed thereon. The elements are produced by forming in multiple moulds which can be made of low-viscosity polyethylene. The elements are hardened in the moulds. Said mould with the elements therein being heated, the elements are removed therefrom.
