Abstract:
A cement early strength agent composition and a preparation method therefor. The cement early strength agent composition is prepared by reacting a water-soluble calcium salt solution, a water-soluble iron salt solution, a water-soluble aluminium salt solution, and a water-soluble silicate solution in a polycarboxylic acid polymer dispersant solution. The cement early strength agent composition is widely applied to cement-based products including segments, pipe piles, PC components, special mortar, etc. having special requirements for early strength, can increase the development speed of early strength, accelerating the turnover of molds, improving the productivity, and can reduce the energy consumption for curing, saving costs.
