Abstract:
The present technical solution relates to the field of marine engineering, and in particular to a cement powder recovery apparatus for a marine oil drilling platform and a method therefor. For the problem that an existing cement powder recovery apparatus for a marine oil drilling platform has no solid-liquid separation function and stirring function for cement powder after recovering same, the present technical solution now proposes a cement powder recovery apparatus for a marine oil drilling platform. The cement powder recovery apparatus comprises an apparatus body (1); a water leakage plate (2) is fixedly mounted inside the apparatus body (1); a storage tank (3) is fixedly mounted on the water leakage plate (2); a separation barrel (4) is fixedly mounted at the top of the storage tank (3); one side of the separation barrel (4) is communicated with a feeding pipe (5); one end of the feeding pipe (5) is provided with a feeding port; a bracket (6) is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the top of the apparatus body (1); a support plate (7) is fixedly mounted on the bracket (6); a rotating rod (8) is rotatably connected to the support plate (7); an inclined plate (9) is fixedly connected to the rotating rod (8); and a first bevel gear (10) is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating rod (8). The cement powder recovery apparatus is simple in structure, can perform solid-liquid separation on cement and uniform stirring on sewage, and is convenient for people to use.
