Disclosed are a cemented lens group and a head-mounted display device. The cemented lens group comprises a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens, and a light transmitting and reflecting element, the second lens is cemented to a first entrance area of the first lens, the third lens is cemented onto the side of the second lens away from the first lens, the fourth lens is cemented to a second entrance area of the first lens, and the light transmitting and reflecting element is arranged between the first lens and the fourth lens; light entering from the first entrance area is first light, the first light passing through the first entrance area is totally reflected by a light exit surface of the first lens, the first light is reflected to the second entrance area, and the first light is reflected by the light transmitting and reflecting element and transmits the light exit surface of the first lens; light of the second entrance area is second light, and the second light is transmitted by the light transmitting and reflecting element and transmits the light exit surface of the first lens. According to the technical solution of the present invention, the size of the head-mounted display device can be effectively reduced, and thus a user can use and wear the device conveniently.
