Abstract:
Disclosed is a center-adjustable gear cover sealing apparatus, comprising a gear cover. An assembly hole is provided on the gear cover. Several fixing holes are provided outside the assembly hole. A sealing mechanism is provided on the gear cover. The sealing mechanism comprises a sealing pad. A sealing ring is provided on the outside of the sealing pad. An inner extension plate and an outer extension plate are provided at the bottom of the sealing ring. A right-angled groove is provided inside the upper end opening of the sealing ring. A sealing gland is provided outside the sealing ring. The sealing gland presses the sealing ring on the inner extension plate at the bottom of the sealing ring. Several adjusting pads are provided between the sealing ring and the sealing gland. A sealing gland cover is provided outside the sealing gland. Several bolt through holes corresponding to the fixing holes on the gear cover are provided evenly on the sealing pad and the sealing gland cover. U-shaped grooves corresponding to the bolt through holes are provided on the adjusting pad, the sealing ring, and the sealing gland. Bolts fix the sealing mechanism to the outside of the gear cover. The present invention is structurally simple and reasonably designed, allows the center distance between a large gear and a small gear to be adjusted, and reduces the number of gear repairs.
