Abstract:
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, an OTA center 1 comprises a content key generating function unit 5 that generates a content key Kc for protecting paid content, and a user key generating function unit 6 that generates a user key Ku associated with a user of the paid content. A content encryption unit encrypts content using the content key Kc, and a content key encrypting function unit 10 encrypts the content key Kc using a device key Kd associated with each vehicle. A file encrypting function unit 8 uses the user key Ku to encrypt a license file containing at least a condition for using the paid content.
