Disclosed are a centering slave cylinder and a vehicle clutch comprising the centering slave cylinder. The centering slave cylinder has an axial direction (A), a radial direction (R) and a circumferential direction and comprises a housing (1) and at least one piston assembly (2). The housing (1) is provided with a piston assembly installation groove (1c) used for installing the piston assembly (2) and an oil path in communication with the piston assembly installation groove (1c), the piston assembly installation groove (1c) is opened towards the outer side of the axial direction (A) and extends in the axial direction (A) and the circumferential direction, the piston assembly (2) is located in the piston assembly installation groove (1c) and can carry out a reciprocating relative motion in the axial direction (A) relative to the housing (1); and the piston assembly (2) comprises a piston (21) and a needle bearing (23), the needle bearing (23) being connected to the piston (21), such that the piston (21) can abut against a release finger of a clutch by means of the needle bearing (23) under the action of hydraulic oil from the oil path.
