Abstract:
The present invention relates to a central tension line capable of diagnosing soundness, and particularly, a central tension line according to the present invention comprises: an inner core containing carbon fiber; an external core surrounding the inner core and comprising glass fiber and/or basalt fiber; and an optical cable comprising optical fiber, provided in the inner core, for transmitting optical signals. A high-capacity power transmission cable, according to the present invention, is provided with the optical cable functioning as a passage for transmitting optical signals in the inner core, thereby being capable of analyzing the optical signals transmitted through the optical cable and diagnosing the soundness of the high-capacity power transmission cable in a specific section, and being capable of controlling sensitivity for diagnosis when an abnormality or a vulnerable point occurs by controlling the number of twists in a unit length of a plurality of optical cables provided in the inner core.
