wherein, out of a first secondary bearing (7a) and a second secondary bearing (7b), only the first secondary bearing (7a) is provided with a stopper (8) which is affixed to the shaft (2) and in contact with the first secondary bearing (7a), preventing the shaft (2) from moving to both sides in the axial direction.
