An electronic device (200) and a centrifugal fan (100) thereof. The centrifugal fan (100) comprises a volute (10) and an impeller (20) mounted in the volute (10). The impeller (20) comprises an impeller shaft (21) and a plurality of blades (22), the impeller shaft (21) driving the plurality of blades (22) to rotate so that an arbitrary point on the blades (22) moves circularly around the impeller shaft (21), the plurality of blades (22) being provided on an outer circumferential wall (211) of the impeller shaft (21) at spaced intervals, and the blades (22) extending from the outer circumferential wall (211) in a direction away from the impeller shaft (21); a first tangent line (L1) at an arbitrary point of the blade (22) and in the extending direction of the blade (22) and a second tangent line (L2) at said point on the circumference and in the rotation direction of the blade form an included angle (α) of an obtuse angle, and in the direction away from the impeller shaft (21), the angle (α) formed at each point on the blade (22) gradually decreases. The centrifugal fan (100) can generate a large air volume and has a high heat dissipation efficiency.
