Abstract:
A centrifugal pendulum, comprising a base disk (100) and a pendulum unit (200) arranged on the base disk (100), wherein the base disk (100) is provided with a swing guide hole (110), which is arranged in the circumferential direction of the base disk (100); the pendulum unit (200) comprises a guiding block (220) arranged in the swing guide hole (110); guiding notches are provided between the guiding block (220) and an adjacent circumferential side wall of the swing guide hole (110) that is away from the disk center of the base disk (100); each guiding notch comprises an outer guiding notch (111) and an inner guiding notch (221); the swing guide hole (110) is provided, at each of two corners of the circumferential side wall away from the disk center of the base disk (100), with a circular arc transition region (130) that gradually shrinks towards and approaches the disk center of the base disk (100); and the contours of the outer guiding notch (111) and the inner guiding notch (221) are formed by fitting multiple continuous arc curves, and two end sections of the contours gradually shrink. The shape of the swing guide hole (110) is optimized, and the path of motion of the guiding block (220) is adjusted by means of the end contours of the guiding notches, such that the stress concentration at the corners of the swing guide hole (110) is relieved, which can effectively improve the fatigue resistance of the centrifugal pendulum.
