Abstract:
In a centrifugal blood pump device, a plurality of permanent magnets (17) is provided to an impeller (10) inside a blood chamber (7), a plurality of coils (20) is provided inside a motor chamber (8), and a magnetic body (18) is provided inside each coil (20). The magnetic body (18) is made shorter than the coil (20), the suction force of the magnetic body (18) and the permanent magnet (17) of the impeller (10) is reduced, and a large gap is set between the magnetic body (18) and the permanent magnet (17). According to this configuration, the necessary torque can be met while reducing the suction force and negative stiffness in the axial direction.
