Abstract:
A paint spraying device for the machining of a centrifugal pump, and a use method for the paint spraying device. The paint spraying device for the machining of a centrifugal pump comprises a paint spraying chamber (1) and a material storage tank (3), wherein a water collecting tank (2) is fixedly connected to the back of the paint spraying chamber (1); a first water pump (4) is fixedly connected to the top of the material storage tank (3); a liquid intake end of the first water pump (4) is in communication with the material storage tank (3) by means of a liquid suction tube; a liquid output end of the first water pump (4) is in communication with a bent tube (6); an end of the bent tube (6) extends into the paint spraying chamber (1) and is in communication with a telescopic tube (15); an electric motor (10) is fixedly connected to a right side of the paint spraying chamber (1); a fixing shaft (12) is transversely and rotatably arranged on a left side of the paint spraying chamber (1); the fixing shaft (12) and an output end of the electric motor (10) both extend into the paint spraying chamber (1) and are respectively fixedly connected to a vertical connecting plate (11); a hollow shaft (13) is arranged on and is fixedly connected to the vertical connecting plates (11); the bottom of the hollow shaft (13) is in communication with a plurality of sets of spray nozzles capable of spraying paint; and the spray painting chamber (1) is provided with an auxiliary mechanism (17) capable of absorbing paint mist. By means of the paint spraying device, paint particles in paint mist are conveniently sprayed, settled and filtered step by step, thereby preventing paint from being directly discharged without any treatment.
