Abstract:
The present invention provides a centrifugal separation apparatus comprising: a centrifugal separator that separates chips from liquid by swirling the liquid containing the chips, which is introduced thereinto, to generate a vortex, by discharging the chips, which are separated from the liquid by the centrifugal force generated by the vortex, through a first discharge hole located on the lower end portion thereof, and by discharging the liquid, which is separated from the chips, through a second discharge hole located on the upper end portion thereof, wherein the liquid moves along with the ascending vortex that flows upward from the vicinity of the first discharge hole; a liquid storage tank that is connected to the second discharge hole of the centrifugal separator to store the liquid discharged through the second discharge hole and has a supply pipe for supplying the stored liquid in order to reuse the stored liquid; a magnetic unit provided at the first discharge hole of the centrifugal separator to collect the discharged chips with a magnetic force and to discharge the collected chips to the outside; and a circulation unit provided below the magnetic unit to collect the liquid which exists together with the chips discharged through the first discharge hole of the centrifugal separator and from which the chips are filtered in the magnetic unit and to store the collected liquid in the liquid storage tank or to supply the collected liquid to the supply tube of the liquid storage tank.
