Abstract:
The present invention relates to a centrifugal separator for food sludge and, more specifically, to a centrifugal separator for food sludge which provides a separable inner rotational drum inside an outer rotational drum so as to separate, from a liquid, sludge suspended within the liquid, and moves the inner rotational drum to the outside of the outer rotational drum so as to discharge the sludge. To this end, the present invention: enables the high-speed rotation of the outer rotational drum and the inner rotational drum so as to separate, from the liquid, the sludge suspended within the liquid; enables the sludge to be discharged at a low-speed rotation by moving the inner rotational drum to the outside of the outer rotational drum after separating the sludge from the liquid; has a inner rotational drum migration unit formed at one end of the inner rotational drum; and has a sludge discharging hole and a leachate discharging hole formed at a lower part of a separator body. The present invention can completely discharge the sludge at the low-speed rotation by moving the inner rotational drum to the outer rotational drum after separating the leachate through the rotation of the outer rotational drum and the inner rotational drum at high speed, can prevent abrasion among the rotational drums forming the centrifugal separator for food sludge, and thus can improve durability.
