Abstract:
A centrifugation cup, a method for centrifuging cells, and a centrifugation device. The centrifugation cup comprises a cup bowl (1), a cup cover (2), a first region partition plate (3), a second region partition plate (4), and a third region partition plate (5); a preset gap (7) is present between one end of a side wall of the first region partition plate (3) facing the cup bowl (1) and an inner wall of the cup bowl (1); a discharge ports are formed between an outer end portion of the second region partition plate (4) and the inner wall of the cup bowl (1) and between an outer end portion of the third region partition plate (5) and the inner wall of the cup bowl (1); the cup cover (2) and/or the cup bowl (1) are provided with a liquid inlet flow channel (10) and a liquid outlet flow channel (11); a liquid inlet flow channel opening (14) of the liquid inlet flow channel (10) is located in the preset gap (7), and the distance between same and the inner wall of the cup bowl (1) is within a first preset range; the distance between a liquid outlet flow channel opening (15) of the liquid outlet flow channel (11) and the inner wall of the cup bowl (1) is within a second preset range and same is located between the second region partition plate (4) and the third region partition plate (5). Further disclosed are a method for centrifuging cells and a centrifugation device. On the basis of continuous flow concentration, low escape and rapid concentration with high rotational speed and high flow are achieved by the centrifugation cup, and the yield and survival rate are also improved.
