Abstract:
A centrifuge for chemical production. The centrifuge comprises an outer casing body (1); supporting assemblies (2) are fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the bottom of the outer casing body (1); a motor (3) is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the bottom of the outer casing body (1); an output end of the motor (3) is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft (4), the top end of the rotating shaft (4) is fixedly connected to a centrifugal cylinder (5), and the centrifugal cylinder (5) is located inside the outer casing body (1); first sliding grooves (6) are formed on the outer wall of the top of a bottom plate of the outer casing body (1), a first sliding block (7) is provided inside each of the first sliding grooves (6), and the top end of each first sliding block (7) and the centrifugal cylinder (5) are welded together; a top plate (10) is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the top of the outer casing body (1); second sliding grooves (11) are formed on the outer wall of the bottom of the top plate (10), a second sliding block (12) is provided inside each of the second sliding grooves (11), and the bottom end of each second sliding block (12) and the centrifugal cylinder (5) are welded together. Two sets of sliding blocks and sliding grooves are provided so that a wide range of swing would not occur in the rotating process of the centrifugal cylinder (5), and the whole device has good stability; a better shock absorption effect can further be achieved by means of the supporting assemblies (2) that are provided, thus further improving the stability of the whole device.
