Abstract:
The present invention relates to an EGI for capturing cephalopods and, more specifically, to an EGI for capturing cephalopods, the EGI having a natural or artificial shell (clamshell) on a post, which includes fish hooks, so as to lure cephalopods by means of the shell, thereby enabling capture success rate to be maximized. A cephalopod capture device (100) of the present invention comprises: an assembly (110) having, at the upper end of the post (111), a fishing line fastening piece (113) to be fastened with a fishing line, and including, at the lower end thereof, capturing hooks (114) for capturing cephalopods and a support piece (115) for supporting the capturing hooks; and a natural or artificial luring member (120), which is detachably coupled to the post between the fishing line fastening piece and the capturing hooks so as to lure cephalopods.
