Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical compounds and preparation methods thereof, and particularly relates to a Cephalotaxus ester alkaloid, and preparation method and use thereof. The Cephalotaxus ester alkaloid has a structure of formula (I). The present invention further provides a preparation method of the compound, comprising reacting a compound of formula (11) with a compound of formula (12) in the presence of a Lewis acid.
