Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of semiconductors, and in particular to a ceramic plate overturning mechanism and a ceramic plate feeding system for use during feeding of a ceramic plate. The ceramic plate overturning mechanism comprises an installation rack, a bearing structure, and an overturning driving mechanism and a ceramic plate conveying mechanism arranged on the installation rack, wherein the conveying mechanism is used for conveying a ceramic plate to the overturning driving mechanism, the bearing structure is installed on the overturning driving mechanism so as to allow the ceramic plate to be supported after being separated from the conveying mechanism, and the overturning driving mechanism is used for driving the bearing structure to be overturned so as to enable the ceramic plate on the bearing structure to be overturned synchronously. In the present invention, a mechanical overturning method is used, such that the low efficiency of manual overturning is solved; and by means of the design of the bearing structure and the overturning driving mechanism, clamping by a mechanical arm is eliminated during the overturning of ceramic plates, such that the problem of damage to the ceramic plates due to a clamping force is prevented.
