Abstract:
A ceramic roller press frame structure facilitating the replacement of steel belts. The structure comprises: an upper frame (1) and a lower frame (2); a pre-embedded underframe (4); a traction assembly (3); upper equal-height pads (5), which are arranged between the upper frame (1) and the lower frame (2); and lower equal-height pads (6), which are arranged between the lower frame (2) and the pre-embedded underframe (4), wherein when an upper steel belt and/or a lower steel belt is replaced, some of the upper equal-height pads (5) and/or the lower equal-height pads (6) are removed, and by means of a traction effect of the traction assembly on the upper frame (1) and/or the lower frame (2), the relative positions of the upper frame (1), the lower frame (2) and the pre-embedded underframe (4) remain unchanged, so as to provide an operation space for replacing the upper steel belt and/or the lower steel belt. The ceramic roller press frame structure can solve the problem of it being complicated to replace steel belts. By removing the equal-height pads, an operation space for steel belts can be provided on the side where the equal-height pads have been removed, and the steel belts can be replaced without disassembling a frame; and the traction assembly (3) can pull the frame during replacement, thereby providing overall stability.
