Abstract:
Disclosed is a ceramic rolling apparatus, comprising a conveyor belt (1) for conveying powder (20), a press roller device (2) for pressing the powder on the conveyor belt, and at least one set of flange assembly (3). The at least one set of flange assembly is provided on at least one side of the conveyor belt. The flange assembly comprises a first fixing frame (31) and a roller (32) provided on the first fixing frame. The roller of the flange assembly faces the powder on the conveyor belt, and the roller can roll relative to the first fixing frame so as to constrain the powder at at least one lateral position of the conveyor belt. When the press roller device presses the powder on the conveyor belt, the roller rolls relative to the first fixing frame to laterally constrain the powder, so that the ceramic rolling apparatus can manufacture, by pressing, a powder product having a desired size. Since the roller is provided on the first fixing frame, the first fixing frame can support the roller to prevent the roller from displacement when the roller receives an outward press force, thereby improving the lateral constraint effect of the powder.
